2025: Simo and Van Winkle continued their partnership, playing in four AVP tournaments. The duo finished ninth in the season opener, then had a pair of thirds in Tour Series events before placing seventh in Manhattan Beach. They played seven times on the World Tour with a best of fourth in a Challenge event to go with a pair of ninths. Simo ended the year with a loss in a qualifier alongside Sarah Wood.
2024: Simo formed a partnership with Abby Van Winkle, playing six AVP events together. The pair had two wins and a third place in Tour Series events, while getting a fifth in Manhattan Beach and two ninths in Heritage events. On the World Tour Simo lost in the qualifier twice with Toni Rodriguez, then played five times with Van Winkle, with a best of seventh in a Challenge event. Simo played in the qualifier in all seven international events. On the NORCECA Tour Simo and Van Winkle won a bronze and a gold.
2023: Simo reunited with Rodriguez for five AVP tournaments, with a best of second in a Tour Series events to go with a pair of fifths including in Manhattan Beach. Simo also played three other AVP events with three different partners. She finished in second place with Megan J. Rice in Hermosa Beach, then later in the year placed 13th with Zana Muno in Chicago where they lost matches against both Megan J. Rice and Megan Rice. Simo lost in the qualifier of a Tour Series event alongside Samantha Herman. Internationally Simo and Rodriguez played seven times, with the best of a silver in a Challenge event. They also had one 17th-place finish and five losses in qualifiers.
2022: Simo played 10 AVP tournaments with four different partners, getting a best of fifth three times. She began the year with a pair of events with Toni Rodriguez, finishing fifth in New Orleans after defeating teams seeded sixth and third before Rodriguez suffered a season-ending injury, Simo then finished ninth in a Tour Series event with Abby Van Winkle before playing five times with Emily Capers. Simo concluded the AVP season with a pair of fifths with Jessica Foster. Simo competed in six World Tour events with five different partners. She won a Futures event with Megan Kraft, and had fifths in Challenge events alongside Capers and Foster. In addition Simo played two NORCECA events with Megan Gebhard, placing fourth and then third.
2021: Simo played three AVP events with three different partners. She advanced from the qualifier and placed seventh in Atlanta alongside Megan Kraft. She then placed 13th in Manhattan Beach with college partner Zana Muno and placed 13th, before losing in the qualifier in Chicago with college partner Abby Van Winkle.
2020: Did not compete.
2019: Simo and Haley Hallgren lost in a qualifier in Hermosa Beach.
2018: Did not compete.
2017: Simo and college partner Torrey Van Winden finished in 37th place in the FIVB U-21 World Championships in China.
College: Simo played beach volleyball at UCLA, where she had four partners her freshman season while ending with a 15-6 record. She mostly played on courts three and five alongside Lily Justine and Torrey Van Winden. As a sophomore she paired with Zana Muno and briefly with Madi Yeomans, ending with a 33-10 record primarily on court three. Simo had a 30-7 record her junior season, mostly on court four with Lea Monkhouse. In a shortened senior season she finished with a 13-2 record exclusively with Abby Van Winkle on court one. Simo ended with a career record of 91-25, with the 91 victories ranking as the fifth most in UCLA history.
Personal: Simo has a younger sister (Sawyer) and a younger brother (Slater). Her father Brian was a professional NASCAR driver.
