2025: Van Winkle continued her partnership with Simo, playing four AVP events together. They had a pair of thirds on the Tour Series as well as a ninth and seventh in Heritage Series tournaments. Van Winkle was a last minute sub for the San Diego Smash in the AVP League for one match, losing in three sets. On the World Tour Van Winkle played 10 times including seven times with Simo. Their best was a fourth in a Challenge event after advancing from the qualifier and also had two ninths. Van Winkle then played twice with Deahna Kraft, finishing 17th both times, and once with Devanne Sours, placing ninth after advancing from the qualifier.

2024: Van Winkle and Savvy Simo partnered for six AVP events. After advancing from the qualifier and placing ninth in the season opener, the duo made the semifinals in three Tour Series events, winning in Denver and Virginia Beach. They placed fifth in Manhattan Beach then ninth in the season finale. Internationally Van Winkle and Simo played five times, all in qualifiers, and advanced three times with a best of seventh in a Challenge event. The duo also won a bronze and a gold on the NORCECA Tour.

2023: Van Winkle played six AVP events with the first five coming alongside Aurora Davis. The duo had a best of third in a Tour Series event to go with three ninths including in Manhattan Beach. Van Winkle then placed fifth in a Tour Series event with Molly Shaw and losing a World Tour Challenge event qualifier.

2022: Van Winkle played four AVP tournaments with four different partners with a best of ninth twice in Tour Series events.

2021: Van Winkle and Savvy Simo played in two AVP qualifiers but did not advance in either.

2020: Did not compete.

2019: Van Winkle and Piper Monk-Heidrich placed 13th in Seattle and then advanced from the qualifier in Manhattan Beach with Lindsey Sparks to finish 25th.

2018: Van Winkle played two AVP qualifiers, beginning alongside former AAU teammate Piper Monk-Heidrich and then with Megan Muret.

College: Van Winkle played beach volleyball at UCLA. As a freshman she went 29-5 mostly on court three with Zana Muno. That duo clinched the final point in the NCAA Championship win. Van Winkle was 25-5 against ranked teams her first season and had a 24-match winning streak. The next season she teamed with Savvy Simo on court one, finishing with a 13-2 match record, including 9-2 against ranked teams before the season was cut short due to COVID. Van Winkle went 21-9 as a junior with three different partners, mostly on court two. She played on court one as a senior, mostly alongside Lexy Denaburg, and ended with a 30-11 record. She was on the UCLA team for one year (2022) along with her younger sister Tessa. Van Winkle finished her UCLA career with 120 match wins, just three shy of the program record.

Personal:  Van Winkle has two younger sisters, Tessa, who played beach volleyball at UCLA, and Audrey. Her mother Laurie won two national championships indoors at UCLA and her great uncle Bob Ramsey both swam and played water polo at UCLA, winning a pair of national championships. She was a 2018 First Team AVCA High School Beach All-American and with Lindsey Sparks became the first team to win the AAU Triple Crown, winning the Junior Nationals, Junior Olympics and the Best of the Beach.
