2012: Ferreira has finished no lower than 9^th in six professional U.S. tournaments including two 2nd place and two third place finishes.

2011: Was the Swedish Beach Tour National Champion (Uppsala) and won her first U.S. tournament at the NVL Motherlode Classic (Aspen, CO) with partner Karyn Lundqvist. Ferreira also competed in Brazil where she ended the season ranked #6 overall – the highest ranking ever accomplished by a first-year player on the Brazilian Tour.

2010: Finished in the Top 10 in 3 of the 6 AVP tournaments she participated in. She spent the remainder of the year competing in Sweden and Brazil.

2009: Established herself as a main draw player after only three tournaments and was awarded the AVP Rookie of the Year.

College: Began her career at Barton Community College (KS) where she led her team to a Junior College National Championship and was named All-American and National Championship MVP as a freshman. After transferring to Concordia University (Irvine, CA), she became an AVCA NAIA All-American, and was named both the 2004 NAIA Tournament MVP and Player of the Year after taking the Eagles to the National Championship match. Concordia had previously recorded just one winning season in school history prior to 2004.

Personal: Ferreira began playing volleyball at age ten and moved from Itajuba to Sao Paulo, Brazil, to compete for the Brazilian Junior National Team by the age of 15. She was promoted to Professional Level competition the following year, and began playing professionally in Belgium at the age of 20. The following year, Ferreira transferred to Barton C.C. where her U.S. career began to take shape.
