Formerly Paige Davis, Jensen graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Psychology. A four-year starter, Jensen primarily played right side for most of her college career. She reached over 1,000 in both career digs and kills and left ranked in the top 10 in career kills, digs and aces. She made the All-ACC Freshman team and was given All-American honors her senior season (2003), becoming one of the first two players in school history to earn that honor. Her younger sister, Shannon, is a volleyball player at the University of Virginia.

Jensen ended her 2004 summer by traveling Europe to work with NBC at the Greece Olympics. She moved to San Diego at the beginning of 2005 to try out beach volleyball.

Outside of volleyball, Jensen works at the San Diego Hall of Champions as a marketing/sponsorship assistant. She also coaches an 18's team for Coast Volleyball Club under the direction of Mary Jo Peppler. Jensen ranks her family and close friends as the most important part of her life, with her parents and grandmother, Mary Lou, as her role models. A favorite quote is, "Dance like no one is watching, Sing like no one is listening and Love like its never going to hurt."
