Andrew was one of only 3 players in the state of Tennessee to sign with a division I soccer program his senior year. In his first collegiate game he scored 2 goals, assisted two more and also incurred a career ending knee injury. Switching over to volleyball in his mid twenties, he played in both the big court and small court eras, holding the #1 defense player ranking at the inception of the statistic, finishing 3rd in the 1998 Manhattan Beach Open, and working his way to a career high ranking of #48 on the AVP tour over the course of his 10+ year career. Andrew founded the Elite Volleyball Club in early 2002 and has since produced multiple scholarship athletes including players who were ranked as high as #7 in kills for women's division I volleyball and who have earned spots on sand volleyball teams at the University of Hawaii and UCLA.
