College: Rauch was an outside hitter for four years at St. Edward's University, where she was selected First Team All Conference as a senior. She led the team in kills as a junior and was second as a sophomore. Rauch ended her collegiate career with 789 kills, 274 digs and 163 blocks.
Personal: Rauch has one sibling, Ryan. In her four years of high school Rauch compiled a total of 1,458 kills, 833 digs, 112 blocks and 192 aces.
