College: Wheeler played beach volleyball at Southern Cal, ending her career with a 130-23 record, the fourth most wins by an individual in USC history. She had a 91-15 record playing alongside Nicolette Martin, which was the second most wins by a pair in school history. Wheeler was a First Team AVCA All-American her senior season. USC was the AVCA Champion her sophomore season and won the first two NCAA Championships when Wheeler was a junior and senior.
Personal: Wheeler has an older sister, Nicole, who played soccer at Cal Poly. She was named AVCA High School All-American Honorable Mention and Volleyball Magazine High School All-American Second Team in 2012 as she guided her high school team to a perfect 38-0 record.
