Holdren's best finish was a second with Liz Masakayan in 2001 at the Oceanside Invitational. Holdren and her husband (Dax) are both pro beach volleyball players. Her best season was with the AVP in 1994 with $10,075 in earnings. Holdren played on Golden West’s state championship team in 1990 where she earned All-State honors while being named the team’s most valuable player. She was a standout swimmer and volleyball player at San Diego’s University High School. The Holdrens, who have two children, have combined to win $136,000 on the beach.
